Maureen's history since she has lived in Rochester, Please allow me this opportunity to introduce myself on a more personal level. I have been a resident of the Rochester community and Monroe County for almost 31 years and have lived on both the Westside and the Eastside of the Genesee River in several locations. Early on in my real estate career I decided to broaden my horizons and offer my services outside of Monroe County. This step has given me a wide spectrum of knowledge about all our counties and the Finger Lakes Region of Western New York. This Region is packed with so many great amenities like Lake Ontario, The Genesee River, Irondequoit and Sodus Bays, Hamlin Beach, Canandaigua and Conesus lakes, Long Pond and Cranberry Ponds just to mention a few. You want sports, we have Rochester Rhinos, Buffalo Bills, and LPGA every year, PGA was here in 2003, Ryder Cup has also been here. Did I mention Eastman School of Music, George Eastman`s House, Lakefront concerts, wonderful music events. We have too many festivals to be listed, all year long and our winter events are impressive. Many great schools to choose from. Public, private and parochial primary schools are plentiful. Then we have the University of Rochester, Nazareth and St. John Fischer Colleges, Rochester Institute of Technology/NTID, Colgate Divinity and our own Monroe Community College just to name a few.
